Welcome to my brain dump page where I share what I’ve learned throughout my studies and work experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) sector.

Firstly, I want to say that ECE is commonly called as Child Care, the most ‘friendly’ term that people know, yet throughout my studies I’ve learned that the term of ‘child care’ is no longer carries the actual work that EC educators provide to children. We are part of education system, hence if you read my brain dumps here, ECE means child care and education.

Secondly, each educators have their unique experience and I do not represent the voices of all educators out there.

Thirdly, I use many words to describe children and either it is a positive or negative adjective that I use, it is used to describe how children carry various moods and characters.

Lastly, I want to say thank you for reading my brain dumps. My purpose in writing these brain dumps is to help other educators and parents out there, to manage their lives while engaging with super-energised human beings.

If there is any word that is not favourable, I do not have any intention to diminish or disregard any human being.
